Ring Size & Jewelry Length Guide
Choose a fit you will enjoy every day. Our rings use US sizes; bracelet and necklace selections describe the length of the jewelry.
Ring Size
Engagement rings and eternity bands are offered in US sizes 4–10, in half-size steps. For a dependable starting point, have the intended finger measured with a physical US ring gauge.
Check A Ring You Already Wear
- Choose a ring that fits the same finger on the same hand.
- Measure the opening straight through its center in millimeters, from one inside edge to the other. Exclude the metal band.
- Compare that measurement with the approximate diameters below. If your result falls between sizes, confirm the fit with a physical ring gauge before ordering.

| US Size | Inside Diameter |
|---|---|
| 4 | 14.9 mm |
| 4.5 | 15.3 mm |
| 5 | 15.7 mm |
| 5.5 | 16.1 mm |
| 6 | 16.5 mm |
| 6.5 | 16.9 mm |
| 7 | 17.3 mm |
| 7.5 | 17.7 mm |
| 8 | 18.1 mm |
| 8.5 | 18.5 mm |
| 9 | 18.9 mm |
| 9.5 | 19.4 mm |
| 10 | 19.8 mm |
These rounded measurements are a reference, not a guarantee of fit. Use a physical ruler or caliper; do not measure a ring against your screen.
Consider How You Will Wear It
The ring should pass over your knuckle and sit comfortably at the base of your finger. Finger size can change with temperature and time of day, so repeat a measurement before settling on a size. A wider band or a stack can feel different from a narrow ring; try a similar width when checking the fit.
For an eternity band, take particular care with the size you select. Do not assume a finished diamond-set band can be resized.
Tennis Bracelet Length
Measure around the wrist where you prefer your bracelet to sit. Keep the tape against your skin without pulling it tight. Allow room for comfortable movement when choosing the jewelry length; your wrist measurement alone is not the finished bracelet size.
A bracelet you already enjoy wearing is a useful comparison. Check its fit while fastened, then measure its full length laid flat without stretching the links. The clasp and construction can affect how it feels on the wrist.
| Length | Approximate Metric Length |
|---|---|
| 6 inches | 15.2 cm |
| 6.5 inches | 16.5 cm |
| 7 inches | 17.8 cm |
| 7.5 inches | 19.1 cm |
| 8 inches | 20.3 cm |
Tennis Necklace Length
Compare 16, 18 and 20 inches with your neckline and any pieces you like to layer. The same length can sit differently from person to person.
- Measure a piece of string or a soft tape to the length you are considering.
- Bring the ends together behind your neck and check its position in a mirror.
- Compare the other lengths with your usual clothing. A string estimates placement; the structure of a tennis necklace can change its drape.
| Length | Approximate Metric Length |
|---|---|
| 16 inches | 40.6 cm |
| 18 inches | 45.7 cm |
| 20 inches | 50.8 cm |
Product images help you compare designs. They do not establish the exact size of a piece on your own hand, wrist or neck.
